After applying for a position online, I received a canned reply from a recruiter a few days later. The reply asked me to make an appointment, but the person was booked out for over a week. The morning before the interview, the recruiter emailed and said they had to reschedule. Sure enough, they didn't call me at the rescheduled time, and didn't respond to email when I tried to reach him. Very poor experience.
