I had three interviews: an initial phone call, a Teams call with three team members, and a final in-person meeting. The process felt reasonable in terms of the number of interviews, and I appreciated how communicative the team was throughout. The timing and pacing of the interviews also felt well-managed and respectful of my schedule.
