The interview consisted of questions at a conference table. Three parts: online application, phone interview, in person interview.
Phone Interview led off with standard interview-type questions. That led into some directly technical and more technical/service-related related questions. (Things like how would you handle an upset user, how would you handle this tricky situation with a important user et cetera)
In person went about like the phone interview, but after those we jumped into a couple of situations they set up on a computer for me to fix and then I had to write responses to some sample emails from users.
The interview was pretty laid back.
