We want to provide more clarity to the offers that we make to candidates. We try to offer a complete, well-balanced compensation package based financially on previous years of experience, current market rates, and what can be afforded based on existing work. Compensation packages also include health, dental, life, disability, paid time off, all of which are 100% fully paid by the company. That means employees won't have any out-of-pocket costs for any benefit premium. Also, BRD provides an HRA to cover these expenses if there are out-of-pocket costs for health expenses. We care deeply about our employees and attempt to ensure they are well cared for across the board. Of course, not everyone may find the extra benefits appealing versus getting a higher salary. We understand we may not always meet salary expectations in these cases or in cases where previous salaries do not align.
