It was a fairly quick process which included 1 HR call, 1 personality assessment (which is also taken again during on-site), 1 take-home test and 2 on-site interviews with the Lead and the Director of Engineering.

The process started with an online IQ test. I was then asked to come to an in person interview. The in person interview started with retaking the online IQ test, but this time at the company's office. After that, I met with two different interviewers.
