Contacted by HR. HR made sure that the process was clearly outlined and the timescale of commencement to decision known. Contact made through job platform. Offered a telephone interview (screening interview on first discussion or at a time convenient to me). At telephone interview was informed of what was next stage and timescale for this to take place. Teams meeting was arranged and took place 5 days after screen interview (due to my annual leave). Was invited to 2nd interview which took place 5 days later with direct manager and HR. 2 days later a 'Meet the Team' face to face informal interview was arranged by HR.
3 days later was contacted by HR to ask for feedback from self and to undertake feedback from the 'Meet the Team' interview. First time I had undertaken a 'Meet the Team' interview and was a real positive.
HR kept in contact and gave constructive feedback and areas that were considered suggestions for me to work on. A very positive interview process.
