Q: Considering current technology trends, how would you use it for [situation]?
Informal interview with a current fellow about why you're interested, if you've worked on a campaign before (which is not required), and your technology background (including coding languages, a project you worked on, etc.)

After submitting an application, there is 15 min online interview. It was pretty casual, and the interviewer was fun to talk with. The questions were pretty standard such as what is your experience w/ data and policy, why this position, etc.
