I interviewed with BlueForce for an opportunity they were pursuing with INL. I liked that their job description said right away that position was subject to contract award. I knew right away that this was not an immediate hire but a potential opportunity in the future. During the interview they were fully transparent. The recruiter was clear and managed my expectations.
