Bizarre. Interviewer would tell me I'd be interviewing with one person, but added several more people to the interview at the last minute, expanding the time commitment from 1 hour to several hours. Interviewer could not provide a clear description of what the job would entail. I got very far in the interview process (through three or four rounds) and met almost everyone in the organization except for the CEO. Then I was ghosted for several weeks, and someone other than the hiring manager finally emailed me to tell me they were rethinking the position and were not going to move forward with hiring anyone. Later, I found out the organization got sued for very good reason (cheating low income clients) and felt relieved with how things worked out.
