The first HR interview was basic, then I completed two subsequent interviews with senior staff. Finally, I was asked to complete and submit a "skills assessment, " a series of essay questions. They acknowledged receipt of my submission and said they would get back to me when possible. After multiple attempts to follow up without response, I told them I was withdrawing my consideration from the role. I value transparency and mutual respect in hiring processes. While the team seemed engaging during the interviews, the lack of follow-up created a poor experience.
