easy process. only 2 interviews. The first one was with hr and the second one with a team leader. in the 1st interview, they informed me about the company and the role. The second interview was more about me.
Very clear and open interview. Not too many unnecessary rounds and direct questions. Company culture was discussed so at the role and what they were looking for. Experience in tourism abd/travel industry was a plus.
I applied online. I interviewed at BlueLink (Prague) in Dec 2025
Interview
It seemed like a good company during the process, until I had a 2 lines rejection email from what seemed like a robot with a portuguese name. Don't waste your time, there are more human companies.
