the process was fairly quick and everything was arranged online and with a few phone conversations. Interview with HR two times and your team leader was my case but almost four years ago. I know now the process changed a bit.

What do you understand about the essence of the position you are applying for?
Very clear and open interview. Not too many unnecessary rounds and direct questions. Company culture was discussed so at the role and what they were looking for. Experience in tourism abd/travel industry was a plus.

It seemed like a good company during the process, until I had a 2 lines rejection email from what seemed like a robot with a portuguese name. Don't waste your time, there are more human companies.

Vorstellungsgespräch begann mit einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin vom HR und wurde auf Deutsch und Englisch geführt. Klare Struktur und gute Fragen. Danach mit der Team Leiterin ebenfalls zweisprachig mit Role Play. Auch hier sehr angenehmes Gesprächsklima und gute Fragen.
