Interview
Very optimistic, seemed like an excellent opportunity for growth. One on one with the administrator. Great experience, until the pay was a topic of discussion. Low for specialists, average for veterinary in general.
Other benefits were a good balance to that.

Phone interview very easy, easy to schedule. She was veg nice and asked me some very standard questions. Situational and why to hire me and what I thought were my best skills
There was a phone interview, it took 30 minutes and was very simple. Was also asked if I had any questions for them about the position, which they answered thoroughly.

A very professional experience and interview gave me an honest snapshot of the company and work expectations. Opportunities for advancement were discussed as well as the company emphasis on continued education which is something I really appreciated. The staff seemed friendly and very professional. Even if I hadn't gotten the job I would recommend this hospital to friends and family if their pet needed emergency care.
