I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BluePrint Research Group (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
I have been at BluePrint for a few months. So far, the experience has largely been what I had expected and hoped for. The recruiting process was efficient. I was able to meet two members of the firm at a career fair on campus. I then spoke with a phone screener who was helpful in providing additional background on the company, professional experience, and expectations of the role. I was also able to attend a case workshop on campus that was extremely helpful, wherein the forum was with a few members of the firm and fellow interested candidates. It was more interactive and specific to a business question, an approach with outputs, as well as the impact on the client’s decision making process. It was very helpful to work through a real case example of what the company does in helping a client shape strategy for a novel drug in development. The final round of interviews was a half day, but it was a great experience. We have had employees with 1-2 years of experience at the firm present on the day in the life of a new associate, and conduct a Q&A. Also during the last round, I also had the opportunity to meet with several senior folks in the firm who participated in the process. Hearing about the company’s vision, mission, and core values was a unique part of the process that helped to sell me on BluePrint vs. the other offers that I received.

Interview
I sent my CV and cover letter, and was invited to a phone interview a week after. The interview itself was competency based and not so difficult. I was told in the interview, that the assessment centre would happen on a certain date so I kept the date free just in case. Three days before the assessment centre is due to take place, I still have not heard anything about the outcome. I send emails and calls to the company, however they are unanswered, finally I manage to get through to the HR manager who tells me my application has been unsuccessful. No feedback at all was provided, just a generic 'good luck with future endeavours'. Applicants should not have to hunt down a contact address in order to track the progress of their application. The experience overall was unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BluePrint Research Group (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
Phone call for the first interview, mainly just fit questions but ended with a smaller case exercise just for them to evaluate your analytical thinking. After a week i was invited to their on-site interview for a full day. More behavioral questions, presentation, a full case and a technical assessment. Fun experience overall and everyone there was super nice and easy-going.
