The interview was relaxed and went really well. They will talk about training you for the certification and position regardless of experience or not unless a transfer from a different branch. You do not have to dress business casual or anything of that sort. Go in confident and with a smile. .

It was good they were very kind and straight to the point. They got me in for an interview quickly and they gave me very quick feedback. Overall it was quick and easy but almost a little too easy like they were desperate.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter then in person interview and observation. The first phone interview is way to get to know the company they ask questions like your experience with ABA therapy and working with kids. Second part of the interview is in person and this goes over what specifically they're hiring for and what does it look like and observation of the job.
They have you do a phone interview and then will schedule you for an in person interview. It was a little odd because they had me interviewing with another candidate for a position and called it a collaborative interview.
