I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BlueVoyant (College Park, MD)
Interview
There was a phone screen where I was asked a few questions about my resume. After a week I was invited to interview with the whole team.
The interview consisted of a short conversation with a few members of the team where I was asked about my projects and some general questions about the technologies I used. After that, I was taken into another room where I was asked more technical questions by one of the team members. Finally, I had another interview with the remote team. The whole process was about 3hrs.
Overall it was a positive interview process. I felt that I had done well and made a connection with the team, but I never heard back from anyone, not even a generic rejection letter.

Question 1
I was asked to explain a technical concept like I was speaking to a non-engineer
Contacted me through Verttery. Wanted me to sign an NDA immediately and do a technical coding interview challenge over the phone without even talking about the position first. Took forever to get back to me after their initial reachout via Vettery and the whole email exchange left a bad taste in my mouth.

Question 1
We love to get right down to business here, so I'd like to get you on technical HackerRank call for 45 minutes with a team member in Threat Intelligence. They'll be asking you to write some code to solve a short programming problem, in whichever language you would like. Could you suggest some times this week and next you would be available? We make sure to leave time for a conversation regarding the role, as well.
Additionally, I will be sending you our NDA from Docusign. As soon as I have that on file I can send an invite!
