HR interview: A set of standard HR questions focusing on motivation, behavioral examples, and people-related experiences (e.g., why you want to work with us, coaching others).
Case study: A scripted business scenario is provided. You must analyze the issues, review the accompanying data, and present insights and recommendations in a presentation of your choice.

Interview
The entire process took around a month and consisted of three stages. It began with an initial virtual interview with HR to discuss background and role alignment, followed by an online talent assessment. The final stage was a comprehensive onsite case study.
Overall a very pleasant interview experience. There was clear transparency and communication from the recruiting team throughout the process which was much appreciated. In addition, I received great constructive feedback during the onsite case study which clearly allowed me to understand where I performed well, and what I could have done better.

Case Study: Consisted of a business case, supporting data, and a deck to input client recommendations and insights based on the information. The discussion following focused heavily on the thought process behind those recommendations and how to handle real-time feedback.

Interview
The interview process was very organized and smooth from start to finish. It began with answering a few initial questions, followed by a quick 30-minute call to discuss my background and the role. The final stage was a case study interview, which was well-structured and gave me the opportunity to showcase my problem-solving and presentation skills. Overall, the communication, scheduling, and interview flow were extremely professional and organized throughout the entire process.
