I went through 3 interviews over 3 weeks. I received great feedback in all 3 - the last being with the CEO. After following up with a thank you, I was assured they would reach out with an update "at the end of this week or beginning of next." They they ghosted completely, despite multiple follow-up attempts over the next 3 weeks.
