Easy phone call where I answered basic questions about teamwork, my previous research, and courses currently being taken. I thought it was friendly and not intimidating and not very much technical knowledge needed.

Interview
Met directly with the head of the department. She was very nice and asked me detailed questions about my school experience. The interview was light and conversational, and matched the flexible company culture I noticed when I started working there.
Straight forward behavioral questions that were general to most other companies. Things such as what was a time where you faced adversity? There were around 2 rounds of interviews and a phone call.
