Question 1
(This is not a question, but a task to complete during the interview) Please conduct a five-minute mock teaching session using your content/slides prepared beforehand.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and manageable. First was a brief online call with the HR Manager who outlined much of the hiring steps and the job/company logistics, then a second scheduled online call with the Accounts Manager and Curriculum Coordinator for the interview proper. It opened with a 5-10 minute mock teaching presentation that you are asked to prepare in advance to demonstrate your abilities to teach a coding lesson of your choosing. Following the presentation, the interviewers offered feedback. After, they asked a series of basic character and classroom management questions: "How would you handle a student who seems particular disengaged?" etc.
The whole interview lasted ~45 minutes and felt professional and fair. They followed up with an offer the next day.
