Asked if I was okay with the CEO starting meetings in prayer… also, asked about how my previous managers would describe me and seemed really focused on that and why I left the position versus getting into the actual requirements of the job. The first interview was a phone screen with HR for 3 mins and the second interview was a repeat of the first interview basically which lasted an hour. Very inconsiderate of others times for claiming to be a religious and caring company.
