Applied online, received an email to schedule screening call. Call went well, and was very professional, but you could tell there were some red flags. They needed someone to take over and do things better. Wear multiple hats scenario with "bring your knowledge to the table" because they had no idea how to get that going. Not the best environment to thrive, as I can already imagine the pressure and tension in such a small agency, but nonetheless, the bad part was really how it was all handled after that: no rejection letter or reply to my follow-up email. Straight-up ghosted me, and I wasn't a Junior candidate. I was applying and interviewing for their highest creative role, with the right credentials (Super Bowl ad under my belt). I can't imagine how they must treat the juniors and mids.
