They're nice but unfortunately take too long to make decisions post interview. As anyone who has gone through the process of interviewing you want to know the offers (if any) before accepting offers. The delay appears to be a corporate issue and not necessarily a local issue.

Applied through LinkedIn I believe. Received an e-mail with a scheduling link for an interview from the HR Manager. Had an interview scheduled. Day of HR manager reached out to re-schedule citing a cold. I followed up a couple of times, nothing now for two and a half weeks. Par for the course in this job market I suppose.
