Very standard. HR call, Office interview, and branch manager interview. Very nice and professional. They wanted to see experience and the type of person you are. When I interviewed, the branch manager was a bit more intense, but he no longer works at this office.

Interview
The interview process was casual and welcoming. It was an in-person interview, which allowed for a constructive conversation. There were simple questions regarding education, previous work experience, and relevant training.

60 minutes asking mainly about prior work experience and experience with softwares that are commonly used in the industry. Other common interview questions about interests and what brought me to look at the company.

Asked about challenges that I had to face and how we overcame it.
Interview was very friendly and conversational. Interviewer seemed to want to get to know me and didn’t ask any difficult questions. Seemed more of a personality interview. I wouldn’t be nervous to interview with Bohler
