I applied via email and was asked to come into the office to interview. During the interview, we reviewed my portfolio, and I was told next steps for the hiring/interview process (they'd follow up with if I would be moving forward or not). After that, I was never contacted to be told if I would be moving to the next round despite reaching out to check in on the process and thanking the lead designer for meeting with me.
