I did not advance to a second interview, so no technical or coding questions were asked. The process focused on general questions about past experiences, handling difficult situations, and why I stood out among many applicants. I was told the interviewer is very particular about their process. I found the HR interviewer to be quite rude, as if I was wasting her time. She mentioned she had to review 1,500 applicants and asked what made me stand out to pass along to the development manager. The questions felt rushed, and when I asked about the process, she emphasized how competitive it was. She also stated she does not spend time explaining the company during the pre-screen, as it would be a waste if I am not selected.
