I applied online. I interviewed at Bombora in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied online and traded a couple messages with Lindsay before scheduling a phone interview. She left me waiting for her call at the scheduled time, and did not contact me to cancel or reschedule, and did not answer my email about rescheduling.
I had taken some time to prepare for the interview by researching Bombora and competitors, and had prepared questions and relevant work examples, etc.
On the bright side -- through this experience I learned out about Bombora and its culture early on before investing any more time on them, and I am able to share it here as a warning.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bombora
Interview
The process was smooth and fairly streamlined. I was impressed to have a full hour for each round, including with the SVP of the department. The interviewers were on time and brought thoughtful questions about my background

I applied online. I interviewed at Bombora (Denver, CO) in Jan 2021
Interview
Initially spoke with Sinda (Talent Leader) who was responsive, open, and super helpful throughout the entire process. She introduced me to the hiring manager (Cydney) the next day as a 2nd step. A week later, I spoke with 2 Enterprise Sales Directors, Head of Sales Engineering, Director of Customer Onboarding and lastly Director of Customer Success over the Growth team. Each interview was 30-45mins long.
I enjoyed every conversation I had! Everyone was easy-going and interviews were kept conversational. We discussed their key use cases, what works, where they're expanding, etc. Having the opportunity to connect with people from other teams was really valuable and painted the full picture of the role and team/ company dynamics. Their CS team is designed to be very collaborative and cross-functional, so genuinely taking time to get to know me, my goals, and what I think inspired a lot of confidence. I noticed many of the interviewers began their career with Bombora in different departments than where they are now, which was huge for me because it shows they are adaptive and really care about creating a supportive and inclusive culture. Awesome experience!
