Had a first call with a recruiter. Second interview with the Chief Science Officer. Third interview would have been with the research and development team if I was chosen to move on.

Interview
Only completed the first round because I received a job offer I wanted more after. The first round was by phone, about 30 minutes long. The interviewer was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in me and very knowledgable about the company and industry. If I had kept going, I would have had another phone interview with a more senior executive, and then possibly gone into the office for a third round (I forget exactly what she said their process was).

She asked a lot about the different activities and clubs I was a part of at my college (I think partly because she was an alum). She also asked why I wanted to work to work there and what my future plans are (pretty standard I think).
