The manager asked general interview questions, laid out expectations of behavior and dress code, and had a friendly demeanor. Interviewed three different times before being offered a position. Had many conflicts with contact, and scheduling a "welcoming."

Upon walking in they will judge you based on your looks. If they think you're pretty enough then you'll get an interview at a later day. They pretty much hire on the spot.

Very quick and mainly about your background and what you bring to the table. They will want to know how much experience you have had in the past or if you have ever worked in the service industry before. Then they will explain how our company works and how important our values are.
