thank you for taking the time to leave feedback here on Glassdoor about your interview experience at Bonial. We are taking every feedback very seriously and have looked into it in detail.
We are sorry you feel like your case study wasn’t given enough attention. Our development team checked the code as you know and our Talent Acquisition Manager shared some feedback in an email to you as well as why we did not proceed with your application.
We apologize to have given you the feeling of not appreciating the effort you did enough, we are well aware of how much time and energy candidates put into this process and the case study, as we all have been through this ourselves and have been in your shoes. Our interview process with the case study does help in our eyes immensely both, our candidates as well as us as an employer to set expectations and ensure the best fit for both. It would be a shame to hire someone who may be leaving a good job for a new role with us, only to realize this may be in the end not the best fit. This is also why we always make an effort to let our candidates know our feedback as transparently as possible in case we decide not to move on with their application and, as far as I understand, you thanked our recruiter for her feedback.
