It was horrible, disorganized, complicated by a passive third-party staffing company that kept sending mixed messages about the position. The interviews dragged on for weeks, one after the other with false promises of hiring. My main concern is their position in the community as primary treatment providers for substance abuse disorders. And while they may have excellent clinicians and case managers, their HR department is abysmal. I hope they are all put out of their misery.
