Interview
I applied for a Product Manager role and was contacted by Priyanka, the Lead Recruiter, for what was described as an informational session. However, the experience was quite confusing and unstructured.
When I joined, I was placed in a room with another recruiter who did not seem to have context about the role or the session. I was asked a few basic questions, and shortly after, another candidate joined. We were both asked to remain in the same room and answer questions alternately, which felt unusual for an interview setting.
During the session, additional stakeholders, including the COO and later the CEO, joined intermittently without clear structure or direction. Overall, the process felt disorganized and lacked clarity.
At the end, I was informed that I would receive an update by end of day or within 24 hours. It has now been over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any response.
The lack of communication and structure throughout this process reflects poorly on the overall candidate experience and professional standards.
