      I applied online. I interviewed at Boomi in Dec 2025

      Easily one of the worst candidate experiences I’ve had. I interviewed for the role and was told they wanted to move me to the second stage. Despite following up for a week to schedule the next interview, I received no response. After a month of complete radio silence, they finally got back to me and scheduled another interview — essentially a repeat of the first one. A few days later, I was pushed to the second round again and completed the interview, only to be ghosted once more despite multiple follow-up attempts. Additionally, the company does not seem to comply with GDPR regulations. I requested access to my information stored in their system and was completely ignored by both their Talent Acquisition Director and Legal team. Overall, extremely unprofessional behavior from everyone I interacted with throughout the process.
