It was a decent interview although the hiring manager seemed a little distracted. The assistant manager was really nice and hiring manager was too, at the time. It was a little interesting with the Covid-19 regulations.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boot Barn (Frisco, TX)
Interview
The interview was conducted by one of the managers and took place on a bench in the shoe department. The interview lasted for 20 minutes and was very awkward to say the least.

Super Awesome ! They really Encourage you to work there and they already accept you like a family ! Managers are super friendly! Constantly making sure you are okay and asking if help if needed .
