One to one interview with the manager. They asked the usual questions including why boots. They also asked compentency based questions about previous experiences. Replied back in 1 week by email.

I had a group interview where we all had to introduce ourselves to the group and 2 managers and then we were each asked standard interview questions and asked they asked us about experience and availability.
Rather relaxed and stress-free interview, standard questions so make sure you have answers prepared/are easy to adapt them to the specific question. Overall, it didn't take long, I wouldn't worry too much if you don't have previous retail experience, as long as you have the right attitude and are willing to learn
