      Flight Paramedic Interview

      May 2, 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Bedford, MA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston MedFlight (Bedford, MA) in Nov 2022

      Interview

Three interviews. First one is zoom, basic ACLS/PALS questions. Some simple RSI drug calc but they give you the dose and a weight. Second interview is a ride-along to see if you like flying. Third interview is a ACLS mega-code sim. Super basic. Following the mega-code are panel interviews with multiple people. Some harder critical-care questions. They look to see if you can critically think and refer to protocols or senior partners for help if you dont know.

      Question 1

Have you ever made a drug error?
