Interview
A three interview process that took about two months in total. The first interview was a 30-minute phone screen assessing your background, education, and work experiences and how they are significant to the position. The second interview was a 1-hour in-person interview with the manager and director of the unit...they asked about 13 questions in total. The third interview was also a 1-hour long interview with 4 people in leadership positions.
