Interview
They just want to get to know you and know you're fit for the job! They also want to know if you appreciate libraries or reading so that you can spread that with patrons.
As hands off as possible with very poor communication. Don't expect that they will let you know if they decided to move forward with another candidate. Interview was handled by recording video answers with short time limits so it was hard to share accomplishments or give detailed answers. No person involved = no clarifications on questions interviewee might have.

Incredibly basic customer service questions with nothing relating to the job I was actually applying for.

Interview
There were very relevant questions asked by three interviewers who would be future supervisors. Relaxed, cheerful, supportive. The room was small and multi-use. I knew where it was from previous exposure.
