A whole day one day process. The hiring process has 3 parts: HR Interview, Examinations, Panel Interview. It was very quick and the most difficult part is the panel interview since they will ask out of the blue series of situational questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bounty Agro Ventures
Interview
Panel interview with four interviewers. First is group interview where english required but also informal. Process takes around 2-3 weeks. Management training program starts on September usually. After group interview, they ask you to take an exam to test numbers and verbal skills. The exam is very long, around 2-3 hours. Then you will be called for an individual interview. Next is they give you a contract with bond for 3years in the company
