Interview
This is quite Simple, I got a call from HR, Interview was scheduled for the next day, I went on the scheduled time and all the 4 rounds of interview were completed within 3 hours. I did not have to wait for the full day.

I was asked about my roles and responsibilities, and most of the things were based on my resume only.

Interview
First the HR get my Resume from LinkedIn and then she called me to see of I am interested, scheduled first Tech interview with an Indian Man, he asked me to open my Cam while he didn't open his own, I asked him to open his cam as well but he refused, however it was a super poor interview with very few poor questions regarding "AWS", then the Second Tech Interview was with "IT Director' he's obviously not a DevOps and he doesn't know anything about it or how to manage the interview or even how to ask a simple question.
To sum up:
- unorganized interviews
- poor technical questions
- arrogant interviewers, i think this is because they have low self esteem/confident.
- they're looking for servants to work "6 days per week" with super low salaries and within a very tough and unhealthy environmnet.
- Interviewers not capable to do interviews - ZERO soft skills.
- they didn't even introduce themselves, and once they finish their questions they impolitely close the call without asking you if you have any questions for them.
