I applied to this job through their site and a recruiter contacted me the next day setting up a phone interview. It was a standard recruiter interview, where they ask very basic questions but don't necessarily understand the job themselves, so you never get too deep into your experience or really get to talk shop. The recruiter was nice, but seemed inexperienced. I asked her about her time working at FirstMedia, and she said it was her first job and she'd been working there a year. There were times where she misunderstood my experience, IE thinking I didn't have any digital experience and only TV experience, so I had to clarify myself a couple times. One odd thing I found out was this position reports directly into the CEO, and in my experience they usually save those interviews for recruiters with much more experience. Overall though it was a pleasant chat, and I was told that they make decisions quickly and that I'd hear back in a couple days. About a week later I got a form email back from them saying they went with a more qualified candidate.
