The interview process was very long and in depth. This consisted of various stages to meet various parts of the business including HR, Operations, Sales and the CEO. All questions were not only the usual business and experience questions but they also wanted to see how you might fit in culturally.
From getting the job I can really see why the process is so in depth. All employees are really trusted to do the job and it has a great team culture - all of which is derived from the interview process.
