Upon submitting my resume, I received a phone call from HR and had a 15 minute phone conversation - I wouldn't call it an interview as it was very casual and easy-going. The phone conversation ended with scheduling an in-person interview. I met with HR and an Executive Director. The interview itself was a natural conversation, and the employees made me feel like an old friend - even though I had never met them before. For being nervous, there was nothing to be nervous about.
