Very cool interview process, HR was very helpful and very informative. She asked me about my job experience and other related things regarding my work. I was really impressed her level and knowledge.
Very weak devs, if AI truly can replace someone it's outsource company employees.
For some reason they pay them a lot instead.
So you can "sell your soul" for a nice compensation, relocation package, etc for working in gambling with objectively junior devs that think they aren't.

Interview
The interview process was a complete disappointment. The questions felt poorly chosen and had no relevance to the actual job description. It seemed like the interviewer was just reading off a generic script, with examples that were outdated or made absolutely no sense in a real-world scenario. There was no flow to the conversation, and it felt like they were testing random trivia instead of assessing my skills or experience. Overall, it was a waste of time and didn’t give me a good impression of the company at all.
