The interview process was very pleasant with Branching Minds. As a smaller company, it seems they don't have as many hoops to jump through during the process. I had an initial interview with the VP of Marketing to discuss my experience and the role. A second interview was schedule to include the VP of Marketing and the Chief of Staff where we went a bit deeper into my specific experience, as well as, a more in depth discussion around the responsibilities and expectations for the role. This call went well and I found myself really enjoying our chat, as opposed to it feeling stiff and formal. In the end, I was not their final selection, but the interview process was very positive and I think this is likely a great company to work for!
