Unprofessional and Poor Candidate Experience
I had a disappointing experience with Brand Collective. After applying, I received a text message asking to catch up about my application — which initially seemed promising. However, no one ever followed up with a call, and I never heard from them again.
For a company that represents well-known retail brands, I expected a more professional and respectful recruitment process. A simple follow-up or closure would’ve gone a long way in showing they value candidates’ time and interest.
Sadly, this left a very poor impression of the company’s internal communication and approach to recruitment.
