Branson Cole interview questions

My interview was 15 minutes late and it was essentially a scam. They want you to be a door to door sales rep. The interviewer listed off a bunch of companies they had worked with then gave me the makeup door to door sales shpeel. I inquired if this was the only company they worked with and he said yes. I asked that since I have a degree in marketing & management, 2 year management experience, and previous sales experience if I would have to work door to door and he stated everyone has to start from the bottom up and do door to door sales. I saw multiple postings for marketing assistant and marketing manager positions for Branson Cole and I assume they will all be the same set up. Don't fall for it!

Showed up place was hard to find. I sat in a waiting area for 45 min clearly people in back laughing carrying on, no one came out and said anything. Finally someone came out thete were 5 ppl. Waiting. Then they talked to all those people before me. Wasn't a great intetview experience.
