2 stages - on campus and then full day with company reps. There was a team interview to build a structure together, like a boat, to see if we worked well with others. Lots of company reps were involved which was a little overwhelming. I had multiple interviews with people outside of area of the department I was going to be working in, which was confusing. Was nice that so many people there cared enough to be involved though

Me postule para el programa Braskemers 2021 en México, el proceso lo llevo a cabo ProMeritum y los pasos que se siguieron fueron postulación, pruebas psicometricas y de inglés, entrevista con una persona de ProMeritum (únicamente me hicieron 2 preguntas), un video de 3 min en inglés y un panel con varios candidatos y los managers.
