Founder needs to work on his people skills. "Interview" was not an real interview. Despite my prep, the only question asked was my experience with facebook adverts and although the job spec mentioned emails and website (which I have experience of as well as other paid social), founder bluntly said if I didn't have 2-3 years experience with specifically facebook ads it was a no. It was an incredibly humiliating call and the way I was rejected so bluntly during the call was not compassionate at all (especially for a so called vegan company).
