They do several rounds of interviews. A screening call with the recruiter, then first round is on-on-one then second round is typically a group interview, and there is a 3rd round with an executive.

They ask a lot of questions to get a sense of your ability to be a self-starter and can work with minimum oversight. They will ask questions about ways you've contributed to creating new systems and processes to make your work more efficient.
